Micro Scale Export
Micro Scale exports are basically small value shipments. But still falls within the definition of export trade, i.e.
An export in international trade is a good or service produced in one country that is sold into another country.
In case of such shipments, most of the importer may or may not be a commercial importer and at times can be a consumer (B2C) or a small-time trader (B2B). This kind of shipments, though of small value can be very demanding on operations, because the client will have unique and specific requirements. They may not even have a clearing agent at their end. In such case we must ensure that, the goods are not only cleared from the customs authority on Indian side but also cleared at the destination customs, arrange for duty payment and door delivery.
Must be selective about the client’s specific needs & perceive the need through clear communication, technical visualisation, cost effective logistics, speedy while efficient, for hazzle free delivery. Custom made packaging to suite the nature, size & sensitivity of the Merchandise. For such shipments we have contracts with reputed companies like DHL, FedEx etc. in place or even through International Airlines.
Value being small, the client may not be willing to transfer the funds through a bank TT due to the long procedures and high cost. For them we provide International & National online payment gateway through our website e-commerce platform or through placement of payment links.
